Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts should follow these guidelines:
- Authors must submit their papers electronically via email at conference@aesimr.org
- Include a separate title page with: title, author names, affiliations, institute/organization address, email IDs, and contact numbers
- Do NOT indicate author names or affiliations in the manuscript body (blind review)
- Abstract: 100-300 words followed by 5-6 keywords in alphabetical order
- Manuscript length: 1500-3000 words (excluding tables, graphs, charts)
- Formatting: 1.5 line spacing, 1-inch margins, A4 size, Times New Roman font, size 12
- Charts, graphs, pictures should be clearly drawn and labeled in MS Word
- References: Alphabetical order, APA format required
- All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism
- Maximum of 4 student authors and 1 teacher author per paper.
- Minimum 3 pages, maximum 15 pages
Author Guidelines
- Manuscript must be original and should not have been published previously/elsewhere
- Manuscript must be written in English using MS-Word (doc or docx format)
- Manuscript should contain minimum 3 pages to maximum of 15 pages
- Maximum of FOUR authors are allowed per paper
- The font should be “Times New Roman”
- Be sure to include Index terms or Keywords
- The Manuscript should be in a single column Format
- Follow the straightforward steps for prompt publication
Plagiarism Policy
IMPORTANT: Whether intentional or not, plagiarism is a serious violation. Plagiarism is the copying of ideas, text, data and other creative work (e.g. tables, figures and graphs) and presenting it as original research without proper citation.
Acceptable plagiarism limits: below 15% for journals and below 20% for conference proceedings.
Review Process
- Each manuscript will be primarily examined by the editor, and then forwarded to two referees for blind review. The research paper shall be published subject to recommendation of referees.
- The review process may take up to a week to one month (Maximum two months in extraordinary circumstances).
- The authors shall be informed about the selection/rejection of the article/paper by e-mail only. However, the journal shall publish the articles/papers of the authors completing the formalities in due time mentioned in the selection letter. The rejected papers shall not be returned.
- In case of acceptance of the article and completion of publication formalities by the author, journal reserves the right of making amendments in the final draft of the research paper to suit the journal’s requirements.

Publication Opportunities
- All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with an ISBN: 978-81-995561-8-8.
- Selected outstanding papers may be published in the peer-reviewed ISSN journal Abhinav Multidisciplinary Research Journal (Print ISSN: 3049-2866) after a blind review process and subject to maintaining plagiarism below 15%. A publication fee of Rs. 500/- will be applicable for journal publication.
